We have it a love it or leave it condition in the first 90 days and then we do ask that you commit to at least 12 months to work together. That way we can ensure we're able to generate substantial results for you and implement the full system.

What are the risks and pitfalls of working with ProductLed?
Main risks are if you decide halfway through that you're not really commited to rolling out PLG. We aim to screen this out in our discovery phase working together but that is a genuine risk.
Another is if you don't have unrealistic expectations about how quickly you'll see results. PLG can take longer to see results than sales-led tactics to get rolled out.
Can you help us get more leads/traffic?
Yes and no. If you have a product that lends itself well to sharing with new potential users/teams, you bet. We'll help you optimize your product-led experience so that we can acquire more signups than ever before. We'll also help you optimize your messaging so you get more customers. Where we draw the line though is we won't be setting up new marketing channels to drive more traffic to your site.

Not too early and not too late. Pre-PMF = too early. While above $10M is usually too late since this becomes more about change management than implementing PLG. Now, we can still help you go from sales-led to product-led but it's more expensive, takes way longer, and is hard to pull off well.

How long does onboarding take?

Do you offer a performance guarantee or take payment in equity or on results?
We have in the past but most times it never works out. The companies that usually want a performance gaurantee or to swap for equity vs paying cash typically have a lot of issues. The companies that hold onto their equity tend to be the ones that do best and they're more than happy to pay cash as long as they're going to get a solid ROI.
Will PLG cannibalize our sales?
It will if you don't know what you're doing. But the way we roll out PLG won't cannibalize your sales. It'll help you increase your sales as it should.
Do you have examples of success with similar businesses?
Absolutely. Although every PLG motion functions the same at a high level. You acquire users, get them to value and monetize them, the fun part for our implementers is really getting to know your business and customizing the system based on what works best for your ideal user and market.
